Benambra National Park

AERIAL BAITING: 1 May - 2 May 2025

Benambra National Park is a small protected area located in the South West Slopes region of New South Wales. Situated approximately 30 kilometres northeast of Albury, 20 kilometres southeast of Culcairn, and 20 kilometres southwest of Holbrook, it was established on January 2001. The park provides crucial habitat for several rare and vulnerable species, including the turquoise parrot, the swift parrot, and the squirrel glider.

The baiting activities undertaken at Benambra National Park are managed by the Tumut office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
