Deua National Park
AERIAL BAITING: 1 June - 6 June 2025
Deua National Park is located approximately 320kms south of Sydney and 100km east of Canberra. The park is characterized by rugged escarpments, deep gullies, waterfalls, limestone caves, and a variety of forest types including eucalyptus forests and pockets of pinkwood rainforest. It covers over 120,000 hectares. The park is home to over 106 bird species and 62 mammal species.
The baiting activities undertaken at Deua National Park are managed by the Merimbula office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
