Woomargama National Park

AERIAL BAITING: 1 May - 2 May 2025

Woomargama National Park is the largest protected forest area west of the Great Dividing Range in southern New South Wales, covering approximately 24,185 hectares. Gazetted in January 2001, the park is located about 20 km southeast of Holbrook and 30 km northeast of Albury, with its southern edge close to Lake Hume on the Murray River.

The baiting activities undertaken at Woomargama National Park are managed by the Tumut office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
