Cunnawarra National Park

Cunnawarra National Park is located approximately 80kms east of Armidale and 70kms from Dorrigo, in the North Coast and Country NSW regions. Established in 1999, the park covers an area of 158 square kms. It is part of the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia World Heritage Area, inscribed in 1986 and added to the Australian National Heritage List in 2007. It is home to various endangered wildlife species, including glossy black cockatoos, rufous scrub-birds, powerful owls, and spotted-tailed quolls.

The baiting activities undertaken at Cunnawarra National Park are managed by the Coffs Harbour office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
