Mount Hyland Nature Reserve

GROUND BAITING: 8 June - 8 December 2025

Mount Hyland Nature Reserve, now part of the larger Nymboi-Binderay National Park, is located in New South Wales. It is located in the Northern Tablelands of NSW, approximately 50kms west of the town of Dorrigo. It is home to diverse wildlife, including several threatened species. Commonly sighted animals include the spotted-tail quoll, brush-tailed rock-wallaby, and various bird species, like the powerful owl and the rufous scrub-bird.

The baiting activities undertaken at Mount Hyland Nature Reserve are managed by the Coffs Harbour office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
