Mungo National Park

AERIAL BAITING: 26 April - 7 May 2025

Mungo National Park is located in the far southwestern region of New South Wales, approximately 875 kilometres west of Sydney. It's a landscape unlike much of Australia, characterised by ancient dry lake beds and sand dune formations. It is also a key part of the Willandra Lakes Region World Heritage Area.

The baiting activities undertaken at Mungo National Park are managed by the Lower Darling area office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
