Round Hill Nature Reserve

Round Hill Nature Reserve is a significant conservation area in western New South Wales, renowned for its extensive mallee habitats and exceptional birdlife. The reserve is located on the edge of the Cobar peneplain, with a mix of sandhill and plains country. Together with the adjacent Yathong and Nombinnie nature reserves, it forms one of the largest contiguous blocks of mallee vegetation in western NSW.

The baiting activities undertaken at Round Hill Nature Reserve are managed by the Dubbo office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
