Tallaganda National Park

GROUND BAITING: ongoing - 1 June 2025

Tallaganda National Park is a protected area located near Captains Flat, close to Queanbeyan and Canberra. The park spreads over thousands of hectares in the southern parts of the Queanbeyan Palerang region. It is home to various animals, including greater gliders, sugar gliders, and eastern pygmy possums, as well as a range of bird species.

The baiting activities undertaken at Tallaganda National Park are managed by the Queanbeyan office of the National Parks and Wildlife Service.
