Dorrigo National Park

GROUND BAITING: 8 June - 8 December 2025

Dorrigo National Park is located approximately 580km north of Sydney. Covering an area of approximately 11,900 hectares, the park is situated on the Dorrigo Plateau in the Northern Tablelands region, forming part of the Great Dividing Range. The park is part of the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia World Heritage Area. Dorrigo National Park is home to a rich variety of flora and fauna, including red-necked pademelons, wompoo fruit-doves, regent bowerbirds, and superb lyrebirds.

The baiting activities undertaken at Dorrigo National Park are managed by the Coffs Harbour office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
